About this Session This presentation will address the proper and improper use of email (and text) communications in the business setting, including how email can help build your case. It will also include tips to avoid having your emails being used against you as a contract modification.
Speaker John Polzer, a partner Duane Morris' Dallas office, practices in the area of litigation with a focus on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, construction, energy litigation and real estate. Mr. Polzer represents clients nationwide and has litigated cases in more than 20 states and has represented numerous clients in asset purchase litigation in Delaware. John is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where he was articles editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal, and the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the RCA Advisory Board.
