RCA Leadership Connection: Return to Work

The country is opening back up, with varying degrees of restrictions and access. Business leaders must make decisions that take into consideration local regulations; employee, client, and customer health and safety; and business continuity.

This Leadership Connection session will be an open forum for senior leaders in RCA member companies to discuss their back to work plans. Are you requiring temperature checks? Masks? Is the return being handled differently for job sites versus offices? How do you adapt to staff needs for flexibility when they can’t (or don’t want to) return to work due to health concerns, dependent care needs, etc.?

Come prepared with questions and advice for your fellow RCA members. This discussion will not be recorded.

These sessions are open to representatives from current member companies. They will be conducted via Zoom. Access information will be sent after registration.
