Are You Facing Workforce Development Challenges?

Paul Robinson, Founder, ConstructReach, will provide an introduction to ConstructReach, discuss the state of the industry (demographic makeup), and give tips for widening your talent pool to attract and retain a younger, diverse demographic. 

ConstructReach’s mission is to bring together a generation struggling to find themselves with an industry that is ready and willing to accept them. They work with general contractors and a diverse student population to create a pathway to an exciting, fulfilling, and sustainable future.

 We will also hear from two RCA Contractors who have partnered with Paul and ConstructReach who will discuss the impact on their organizations: 

• Mike Arasin, Owner, Fulcrum Construction
• Tyshaun Allen, Vice President, Taylor Brothers Construction

 The session will be moderated by Eric Berg, President, Gray West Construction.

There is no fee to attend, but the event is open ONLY to current RCA members, retailers, developers/landlords, and RCA sponsors/benefit providers. The session will be held via Zoom. Access information will be sent after registration.
