Attendees of this session are invited to stay in Dallas and attend RCA's 2024 Annual Conference at no additional charge. (Be sure to register for the conference separately to let us know you plan to attend.)

Room reservations are available at a discounted rate, starting at $189 per night plus taxes and fees. Workshop Cost: $1,400 per person; includes breaks and lunch, Retail Superintendent Manual; two days of training; certification exam

Registration is limited to 30 attendees, with a maximum of 5 superintendent from any one company. Participants must be currently employed by a RCA member company.

Cancellation Policies

Workshop: Cancellations received February 22, 2024 or later; no refunds; Once the Retail Superintendent Training Program handbook has been sent to a registrant (typically within a week of registering), a refund of $900 will be provided; for a $250 fee, registrations can be applied to another class.
