RCA Roundtable: The Current State of Labor in the Construction Industry

RCA members are invited to participate in this online roundtable discussion to share insights and challenges regarding labor shortages on the field and in the office.

In breakouts led by members of the RCA Board, we will address:

• How have you and your company been effectively dealing with the current labor shortage?
• What roadblocks have you found while attempting to find quality candidates?
• How can RCA members use their collective resources to help solve the long-term labor shortage?

There is no fee to attend, but the event is open ONLY to current RCA members, retailers, developers/landlords, and RCA sponsors/benefit providers. The session will be held via Zoom. Access information will be sent after registration.

RCA members: we encourage you to share this with all members of your teams, including superintendents, PMs/APMS, Directors of Operations, and everyone in between.
