This presentation will look at recent legislation enacted in a number of key markets rendering primary contractors liable for wage claims against their subcontractors and sub-subcontractors, and consider some of the factors motivating this legislation, different forms that it has taken, likely impacts of it, and potential responses to mitigate the risk that it poses.
