The hotel is located two miles from O'Hare International Airport via a free 24-hour shuttle, blocks from Fashion Outlets of Chicago and rail links to downtown. Made-to-order breakfast, complimentary evening reception, and access to the pool and fitness center are available to all hotel guests.

Cancellation Policies:
Workshop: Cancellations received November 25, 2024 or later; no refunds; Once the Retail Superintendent Training Program handbook has been sent to a registrant (typically within a week of registering), a refund of $900 will be provided; for a $250 fee, registrations can be applied to another class.

Hotel reservations: Cancellations must be completed by the attendee. Call the hotel directly at the number provided above if you need to cancel your room reservation.
