Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm each day; please do not schedule outbound flights that require you to leave before 5:00pm

Cost: $1,400 per person; includes breaks and lunch, Retail Superintendent Manual; two days of training; certification exam.

Registration is limited to 35 attendees, with a maximum of 5 superintendent from any one company. Participants must be currently employed by a RCA member company.

This meeting will comply with CDC recommendations and state requirements for in-person meetings; social distancing will be observed.


Room Block: Rooms are available at the Embassy Suites at a rate of $155/night, plus taxes. Room block rates are available through November 18, 2020.

Cancellation Policies

Workshop: Cancellations received December 1, 2020 or later; no refunds; Once the Retail Superintendent Training Program handbook has been sent to a registrant (typically within a week of registering), a refund of $900 will be provided; for a $250 fee, registrations can be applied to another class.

Hotel: Embassy Suites policy is that if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within two days of the scheduled arrival date, then a cancellation penalty equivalent to one night's room and tax will be billed.
