This session will feature a presentation on Business Interruption Coverage for Coronavirus Losses. Our presenter is attorney Chris Mosley, member of Sherman & Howard’s Trial Group and Chair and founder of the firm’s Insurance Recovery Group. Chris will discuss:

• Key coverage issues for business interruption and contingent business interruption coverages
• Legislative activity around those coverages
• What you can do to best manage business interruption losses
