As business owners and senior leadership, we have many things in common and can come together as the RCA community to share information and advice about how we are handling the challenges facing our businesses, families, and our industry.

This session will feature remarks by Tom McGee, President & Chief Executive Officer, ICSC. Appointed President and CEO in September 2015, Tom McGee oversees strategic leadership and operations at ICSC. Prior to joining ICSC, he served as Vice Chairman of Deloitte, the world’s largest professional services organization, where he garnered 26 years of experience in managing an organization with diverse constituencies around the globe.

We will also welcome Jeff Rosen, a senior partner and trial lawyer in Polsinelli's commercial litigation department. One hundred percent of Jeff's trials involve design and construction work. Jeff has tried hundreds of millions of dollars in construction disputes since 1977.

These sessions are open to representatives from current member companies. They will be conducted via Zoom. Access information will be sent after registration.
