RCA is a resource for you and your companies. We are here to support our members and advance the industry. In this time of uncertainty, we are all facing challenges today that none of us ever imagined.

As business owners and senior leadership, we have many things in common and can come together as the RCA community to share information and advice about how we are handling the challenges facing our businesses, families, and our industry.

Starting Thursday, April 2, we are hosting weekly discussion forums for RCA members. The sessions will begin at 11:00am ET and last approximately 45 minutes. We will have a mix of open forum and guided discussion topics.

These sessions are open to representatives from current member companies. They will be conducted via Zoom. Access information will be sent after registration. 

To ensure Members Only access, registration can only be done via a link in an email sent to members. If you did not receive the email or need the link, email [email protected].

Potential topics include:

  • Compliance with federal and/or state laws for workers regarding working remote, field and office
  • Government programs that can provide financial support for the new edicts for mandatory leave, etc.
  • Lay-offs vs. furloughs
  • Handling ongoing health insurance for staff
  • What are our clients saying?
