RCA Certified Retail Superintendent Workshop (National Harbor) March 5-6, 2026

Room reservations* are available at a discounted rate, starting at $239 per night plus taxes and fees. Room reservations must be made before Tuesday, February 10, 2026, to receive this rate. Be sure to identify yourself as an RCA Superintendent Training Program (STP) session attendee. (This rate will also be available 2 days following the event for those staying to attend the RCA Annual Conference, based on availability.) All reservations may be made, modified, or canceled by individuals at this link, or by calling Marriott’s Reservations toll-free number at (800) 331-3131.

Workshop Cost: $1,400 per person; includes breaks and lunch, Retail Superintendent Manual; two days of training; certification exam

Registration is limited to 30 attendees, with a maximum of 5 superintendent from any one company. Participants must be currently employed by a RCA member company.

Attendees of this session are invited to stay in Dallas and attend RCA's 2026 Annual Conference at the Gaylord National Harbor at no additional charge. (Be sure to register for the conference separately to let us know you plan to attend.)

Cancellation Policies

Workshop: Cancellations received February 9, 2026 or later; no refunds; Once the Retail Superintendent Training Program handbook has been sent to a registrant (typically within a week of registering), a refund of $900 will be provided; for a $250 fee, registrations can be applied to another class.

Hotel reservation cancellations must be completed by the attendee. Call the hotel directly at the number provided above if you need to cancel your room reservation. 

*Attention: DO NOT make room reservations for RCA Training Programs with anyone who calls or emails representing themselves as agents of RCA or the hotel where this event has been contracted, offering discounted rooms during the meeting.
