Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm each day; please do not schedule outbound flights that require you to leave the session before 5:00 pm.

Room reservations are available at a discounted rate, starting at $185 per night plus taxes and fees. All reservations must be made by no later than Monday, November 10, 2025, to receive this special rate. Workshop Cost: $1,400 per person; includes breaks and lunch, Retail Superintendent Manual, two days of training, certification exam. (Does not include travel)

Registration is limited to 30 attendees, with a maximum of 5 superintendents from any one company. Participants must be currently employed by an RCA member company.

Cancellation Policies

Workshop: Cancellations received November 17, 2025, or later; no refunds; Once the Retail Superintendent Training Program handbook has been sent to a registrant (typically within a week of registering), a refund of $900 will be provided; for a $250 fee, registrations can be applied to another class.

Hotel reservation cancellations must be completed by the attendee. Call the hotel reservation line directly at 972-724-2600 if you need to cancel a room reservation.
