Lake Minnetonka Cruise aboard The Exilir

Join fellow RCA members, sponsors, and other industry professionals in Minneapolis for an afternoon and evening of peer-to-peer discussions and networking.

We’ll start off with our Knowledge Share moderated/open discussion of current industry topics such as Labor shortages/challenges, Workforce Development and Training, Integration of Technology, and the Outlook for 2025.

Following the Knowledge Share portion of the event, we’ll venture out for an evening dinner “Fiesta Cruise" around historic Lake Minnetonka aboard the Elixir yacht. Build-your-own tacos and complimentary margaritas will be provided, as well as access to the full bar.

The Knowledge Share session will be held at the office of host member, Elder-Jones, 
near Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. A shuttle will be provided from Elder-Jones to the lake and will return to Elder-Jones after the cruise.

Attendees who cannot attend the Knowledge Share discussion can proceed directly to the Excelsior Bay meeting point for the cruise by 5:15.

Attendance at this event will be limited to 40 people. Due to the cap on attendance, the costs involved (as we will be pre-paying for the number of attendees), and to assure everyone has an opportunity to attend, should you determine you cannot attend after registering, please notify us immediately.
