Workshop Cost: $1,400 per person; includes breaks and lunch, Retail Superintendent Manual; two days of training; certification exam

Registration is limited to 30 attendees, with a maximum of 5 superintendent from any one company. Participants must be currently employed by a RCA member company.

Cancellation Policies

Workshop: Cancellations received January 17, 2022 or later; no refunds; Once the Retail Superintendent Training Program handbook has been sent to a registrant (typically within a week of registering), a refund of $900 will be provided; for a $250 fee, registrations can be applied to another class.

Hotel cancellation details will be shared with all registrants.
