Project Management Training for Contractors and Retailers
Led by Jack Sims, Jack E. Sims & Associates
Naples 3

Project Management Training on February 22 is offered at no charge to members, prospects, retailers, and other interested industry professionals. Regardless of the size of your company--one Project Manager and one Superintendent vs. numerous Project Managers and numerous Superintendents--the top management priority is the same: Team Work. Getting everyone on your team on the same page of music and keeping them in tune project after project is no small task and it does not happen by accident. Getting your team in tune and keeping it in tune is the result of well defined job responsibilities, good technical skills and good managerial skills at all levels within the organization and constant review of policies and procedures to insure efficient operations and outstanding customer service. During good economic times, this is important. During difficult economic times, it is essential for survival. Customer Service has always been recognized as an important part of business. Universally, in many industries, the trend in recent years has been less customer service, not more. While it is unclear why this has happened, it is clear that this trend will have to be reversed by companies that intend to survive the current economic crisis. Customer service is a top priority and will be an essential ingredient for survival. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Space is limited so reserve your seat now.
